Dominic Gonzalez has been in the mortgage industry for over 14 years, and it’s been an incredible journey that’s allowed him to wear many hats. His two favorites? Loan originator and marketer. On the loan side, his focus is simple: be honest, stay transparent, communicate clearly and often, and build real relationships. Dom especially enjoys working with veterans as a token of appreciation for their sacrifice and service. There’s also nothing quite like helping first-time homebuyers experience the joy of getting their first set of keys or delivering a client experience that even seasoned homebuyers haven’t seen before.
On the marketing side, Dominic taps into his creative nature, which has always been a huge part of who he is. In his mid-20s, he owned a bar and music venue for several years, where he discovered how much he loves connecting with people and thinking outside the box. Prior to serving others at Crystal Clear Mortgage, he was also an owner of a boutique mortgage company—an experience that reinforced the importance of building brand messaging that not only scaled the business but also earned the trust of the local community. Those efforts even garnered “Best of The Woodlands” recognition several years running.
Fast forward to 2021, when Dominic became obsessed with video content—learning everything he could about creating and sharing stories that truly resonate and educate. Now, he uses those skills every day to help families, empower clients, and inspire other loan officers to see their role as far more than just pushing paperwork.
As a family man, Dom understands how much a home means—it's where memories are made, traditions begin, and life truly happens. Helping others find that same sense of home is what keeps him passionate about what he does every day.
